This is cultural work.
This is painful expression.
This is strategic refusal.
This is healing.
This is resistance to dominant narratives and unhealthy frameworks that reinforce violent institutions.
The disappearance of 43 students from a rural school in Mexico dedicated to training teachers that are mostly from indigenous communities has sparked outrage and solidarity throughout Mexico and the world.
Join us in Detroit as we stand up for the 43 students at Ayotzinapa, education, our youth, our families, dignity, respect, and humanity!
There will be a guerrilla theater performance followed by a vigil. See you there.
