Upon my first genuine visit to the left side of Turtle Island, this is the very first beat I made on the west coast in California. Detroit isn't necessarily the place to live within our on going colonization, but this city has a vibrant soul felt especially within in the music, and the resiliency our people show and continue to build proves a beautiful life.

While I was over there, I grew a stronger love & appreciation for Detroit, greater than I knew. Much love & respect to all the beautiful people I grew with on the Southwest side and continue to grow with.
